WAVE SPRING SEAL

AB5027/AU5027 series of seals are Wave Spring balanced & unbalanced type respectively. They are designed independent of direction of rotation. Their compact design are easy to install & easy to maintain. All parts are interchangeable. Special AB50-NCtype of seals is Wave Spring balanced type. Major advantage of this type of seals are due to use of single wave spring it is of compact design which reduces the axial length hence requiring smaller stuffing box. The seal is designed so the spring of the seal does not get sticky or clogged as the working media is never in contact with the spring. These seals can work effectively in sticky & slurry media like high viscosity sugar, dirty sewage sludge, juices etc.
