DRY SEAL

These seals are outside mounted balanced seals, which require no shaft or sleeve step for balancing. These seals show good performance in high vacuum conditions. Since no auxiliary equipment is needed for installation, it is very cost effective & economical. These seals can be easily installed & repaired on the field to minimise replacement cost & down time. Main features of these seals are that they are simple, rugged drive design that withstands shaft movement vibration & deflection. Seal design eliminates the need of auxiliary equipment for cooling & lubricants for mixer application. It eliminates the possibility of product contamination, since there is no use of barrier fluid. These can be used in high vacuum application. These seals are used in top entry mixer vessels in pharmaceuticals & chemical industries.
