SINGLE SPRING SEAL

ACCURATE make AU1010 & AU1710 series of seals are internal mounted unbalanced single spring mechanical seal. It is independent of direction of rotation. This seal is driven by clutch & for that these seals have hardware like drive ring & drive collar. In case spring gets clogged the rotary will be driven reliably. AU1032 type of seal is internal mounted unbalanced single coil spring mechanical seal. It is dependent on direction of rotation, the clockwise rotating shaft requires right hand spring & anticlockwise rotating requires left hand spring. Rotary is driven by the motion transmitted to the spring by the shaft. Seals are having easy fitment & pushed with shaft step or drive ring support. Non clogging spring design enables these seals to be reliably used in situation involving abrasive, corrosive & viscous fluids generally handled by high temperature pumps.
